Organizational Chart

The individual holds ultimate accountability for the quality and safety standards associated with the Company’s products and services. This role involves defining the Company’s Quality and Safety Management policies clearly. They are responsible for appointing representatives with specific authority and responsibilities to ensure the effective execution of quality and safety procedures. Additionally, this person must provide the necessary resources and equipment to support the implementation of the Quality and Safety Management System, in accordance with established procedures, and industry standards.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate personnel are assigned to each site and that they have all the necessary permits, equipment, and procedures in place. The role ensures that all tasks are performed in accordance with the relevant procedural documents and safety standards.
The Technical Administrator (TA) is responsible for overseeing all procedural and regulatory aspects, ensuring full compliance with internal policies, operational requirements, and relevant organizational standards. The designated Manager handles all communication and compliance issues with regulatory bodies, including the timely completion and submission of required reports and documentation. Operational hours are tracked through technician work logs for the reporting period, and records are reviewed and submitted within the defined timelines. Additionally, the Manager is responsible for the prompt reporting of any incidents, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and safety guidelines.
The Management Representative, reporting directly to the General Manager, is responsible for implementing the quality management system and updating procedures with the support of qualified and experienced personnel. This role involves reporting on the status of implementation and recommending necessary improvements to procedures and systems to the Company’s Management. The Management Representative will fulfill these responsibilities in coordination with site supervisors, who provide on-site guidance and oversight.
